  • Refund Process: To request a refund, please email us at info@thehomebasket.co.in with your order number, a clear photo of the item in question, and a brief description of the issue. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are eligible for items that do not meet our quality standards. We do not provide refunds for items that were damaged after delivery or for issues reported beyond 24 hours of receipt.
  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled up to 1 Hour before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Payment Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
